  • Supervised marketing and outreach strategies, including social media and digital marketing strategies

  • Led fundraising committee in the Board of Directors that planned fundraising events and annual donation campaigns

  • Managed operations of Lakeshorts, an annual local film festival, including shortlisting films, financial administration, marketing

  • Advocated to the board anti-Black racism policies, practices and equitable staff management frameworks

  • Built and sustained local partnerships with artists, arts organizations, Business Improvement Areas (BIAs), local organizations in South Etobicoke community roundtable

  • Rebuilt the volunteer program and established a fundraising system through charitable bingo funding, raising averagely $2000 per month

  • Co-designed the first Black History Month program, a digital exhibition of culturally owned treasures by communities of Afrikan descent in Toronto

  • Produced a fundraising impact video series showcasing community stories of support for the arts

  • Single-handedly ran financial operations and donor administration for Lakeshorts International Short Film Festival, 2022
